As a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors approved employer and a training partner with Chartered Institute of Building, we actively seek to attract new talent into the construction industry. Whether you come to us as a school leaver, graduate, undergraduate or work experience student, we have plenty of opportunities that will stretch you and allow you to grow.
Join our school leaver scheme and you’ll go through a series of placements to get to know every aspect of our business as we sponsor you towards your chosen academic qualification.
For graduates, we design personal development plans to support you as you work towards your professional qualification in your chosen discipline. You’ll also benefit from mentoring and coaching by one of our directors.
If you want to spend a paid year out from your studies as you get to grips with the practical elements of construction management or quantity surveying, you can apply for an industrial placement on a McLaren project.
If you are still at school or university and want to gain valuable work experience, we can provide paid summer internships. You’ll spend up to 10 weeks learning about a particular aspect of the construction process.
As these positions become available they will be posted on our current opportunities page.
