The project involves the construction of a new 95,000 sqft headquarter facility for AJW Aviation.
The works consist of Cat A and B fit out of high spec offices on Ground Floor, First Floor and Second Floor, warehouse heating, lighting and sprinkler installations, external works including car park, service yard, acoustic fencing, hard and soft landscaping, together with extensive infrastructure upgrading works to the existing business park.
The site is on a footprint of over 60 acres and will initially provide over 240,000 sqft of purpose-built office and storage facilities for AJW's extension range of Airbus and Boeing components, engines and consumables.
The McLaren team are committed to acheiving the highest BREEAM rating possibly through the implementation of best practice in sustainable building design, construction and operation.
