McLaren Construction was appointed as the main contractor for this mixed use development in the heart of Gerrard's Cross.
The project is the design and construction of a secant piled basement car park, a Waitrose 'shell' and 22 luxury apartments above.
The 4 storey building is part steel framed, part RC frame with 7 different roof levels. The envelope construction includes brickwork, stack bonded blockwork, render, curtain walling and insulated cladding.
