McLaren Construction is pleased to announce a corporate restructure plan for the London region. The restructure is to ensure market leading customer service and quality delivery is maintained while continuing with planned growth.

This reorganisation effort reflects a non-stop commitment to ‘exceed expectations’ and continues to provide a dedicated service for our customers and a redefined structure for work colleagues alike.

Change to McLaren’s London region will be managed by two directors: Steve Hart as Regional Managing Director, who has been promoted from within, and David Miller as Regional Director. Both take responsibility for their own customers’ activities and supported existing resource.

Phil Pringle, Managing Director of McLaren Construction, stated: “We have always prided ourselves on our ability to embrace change and provide forward thinking solutions and support for our valued customers.

The new structural changes will be very positive for us as a company, helping McLaren Construction to remain controlled and focussed on our future business plans.”

Kevin Taylor, McLaren Chairman, added: “The agility of the McLaren Group (a privately owned business) ensures we can implement new initiatives promptly and accommodate the ever changing needs of our customers and economic market place.

The restructure is part of an overall business plan to constantly improve service and our business offerings to our customers, while ensuring our team are empowered and afforded the opportunity to develop within McLaren.”
