McLaren have been awarded two contracts of plots W03 & W06 at Wembley Park
The new build development on plot W03 will provide circa 320,000 sq ft of residential and retail space. The mixed-use project comprises of two blocks, one of 10 storeys and the second of 15 storeys. The blocks include 340 Build to Rent units with associated common spaces and ground floor retail units. Construction works include reinforced concrete frame, brickwork façade with offsite prefabricated bathroom pods as well as external works including a new roadway.
McLaren has also signed a contract for early works and Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PSCA) on the W06 plot, directly next to W03. W06 will comprise of the re-alignment of a section of road known as Perimeter Way West and including installation of underground services below it. McLaren will also be installing the temporary sheet piling, reduced level excavations and load bearing piling for the future residential and commercial buildings on the plot.

We are looking forward to constructing this prestigious project working with Quintain and in close coordination with the stadium for logistics purposes and in conjunction with the other contractors working on the framework at Wembley Park.’’

These are the first two contracts McLaren has secured with client Quintain. The developments’ completion dates are phased throughout 2018 and 2019.
