Two McLaren Construction managers won medals at the annual Construction Manager of the Year Awards in Mayfair.

Domonic Egan was awarded the Gold Medal in the ‘New build & Refurbishment between £20-£28 million’ category for Marble Arch House. Domonic managed to overcome a number of significant challenges to complete this seven storey office block for our client, British Land, who was delighted with the building.

Gavin Turnbull received the Silver Medal in the ‘New build & Refurbishment below £2 million’ category for Devonshire Arms Redevelopment in London. Gavin was given the opportunity to manage this modest but technically complex project in a busy city centre location at a relatively young age. He delivered the scheme with confidence to the great satisfaction of client, Land Securities, and end user, Jamie’s Italian.

Rob Kremis, Divisional Director commented: “Both Domonic and Gavin thoroughly deserved their medals. They received great praise and support from their client sponsors and clearly impressed the judges during their interviews and site visits.”
