This redevelopment of a £6.5m commercial building in Ealing Broadway has been successfully completed and handed over to our repeating customer British Land.
The works involved building a new façade including full height glazing and an entrance canopy with integrated lighting and signage. 20,000 sq ft of office space were renovated with exposed coffered ceilings.
The external courtyard was also refurbished to create 2,895 sq ft of vibrant external social space with awnings, soft landscape and soft furniture.
The works were completed to the customer’s satisfaction and budget whilst working around and below live retail units and a shopping centre.
By working closely with our consultants and supply chain we have gone above and beyond to deliver on time an exceptional building to our customer’s satisfaction and within the budget set. We look forward to working with British Land again in the near future.
