Adam Nicholson – Group Pre-Construction Director
After seven years with the business, during which he has led the development of McLaren’s design management and pre-construction processes and helped the business to broaden its customer base and range of projects, Adam Nicholson is promoted to the Main Board.
As a result of the change to David Miller’s role, Darren Gill, who joined McLaren in February, now takes full responsibility for the leadership of the London business.
Kevin Taylor, chairman at McLaren, said, “The changes reflect the high calibre of colleagues within McLaren and the company’s ability to attract and nurture great talent. The business will benefit hugely from the experience and knowledge that each of our board directors brings to their role going forward.”
Phil Pringle, group executive director, said “These promotions help to make us fit for a bright future of further growth and success. It’s a pleasure to welcome these key appointments to the board.”
