Phase 1 of the Origin scheme was the development of three distribution units.
The overall project totals 150,000 sq ft of warehouse space including associated offices, service yards and vehicle parking for the development. Each unit is self-contained with secure gated service yards and their own parking spaces. Access to the site is via a landlord controlled gatehouse fitted with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) systems.
This was a high spceification industrial development, with significant investment and attention paid to the finishes within the units. This also extended to the landlord’s areas and landscaped zones around the development.
