Information Security

Information security is central to everything we do – because we understand the trust people place in us. Whether it’s our customers, our partners, or our colleagues, they rely on us to handle information responsibly.

In a world where cyber threats are constantly changing, we’ve made security a core part of how we work every day. From the systems we build to the way we train our people, we’ve put multiple layers of strong, resilient controls in place to keep data safe and stay ahead of potential risks.

We must ensure people feel confident when they work with us, knowing their information is in safe hands. We’ve built our strategy to be proactive, practical, and constantly evolving, because earning and maintaining trust is what matters most.

Accreditations

We proactively ensure that our Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Software Lifecycle Management programmes allow us to constantly review and improve our Information Security, as well as improve our overall posture.

ISO27001, alongside Cyber Essentials Plus, requires a structured process for assessing and managing risk, which helps us identify, evaluate, and address potential security threats before they become issues. This not only strengthens our defences, but also reduces the likelihood of breaches and limits the impact if they do occur.

Renewing our security accreditations for 2025 is more than just maintaining a certification – it reflects our ongoing commitment to safeguarding data, demonstrating our continual efforts to increase our security readiness and protect the trust placed in us by our customers, partners, and colleagues.
