Strategic Partnerships for Continuous Improvement

We work with a diverse network of partners across all trades and sectors that meet robust standards for competence, financial stability, capacity, and ESG alignment.
The Procurement and Supply Chain team plays a key role in managing the business’s approved contractor and supplier database. They’re experts at building on trusted relationships, fostering long-term collaboration, and sharing a commitment to excellence.
We proactively engage with the supply chain in partnership with Constructionline to onboard new providers and enhance collaboration with existing partners. Once approved, we monitor performance and share insights with operational teams to drive transparency and improvement.
The partners we work with are selected to ensure resilience and high performance. We work together, making continuous improvements, delivering custom project solutions, and maintaining alignment with our values. In turn, we foster strong working relationships that support safe, efficient, and timely construction.

Our Procurement and Supply Chain team ensures successful project delivery by building and managing strong, reliable supplier relationships. We focus on developing a capable and resilient supply chain that supports quality, safety, and value across all projects.
Through close collaboration with our supply chain partners, we promote high performance, encourage innovation, and drive continuous improvement. We work proactively to manage risk, support long-term relationships, and ensure that the right expertise and resources are in place at every stage of a project.
We’re committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and commercial responsibility, delivering with confidence, consistency, and quality.

We’ve partnered with key suppliers to introduce sustainability-focused agreements that reduce direct emissions from our construction activities.
A significant outcome has seen us switch to Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) in place of diesel for all our direct purchases. HVO is a cleaner-burning fuel that significantly cuts Scope 1 emissions – those produced directly from fuels we use on-site. Alongside this, we’re trialling electric plant, optimising logistics, and working with subcontractors to improve energy efficiency across our operations.

We also focus on reducing Scope 2 emissions that originate from the electricity we purchase across our operations.
In our offices and sites, we’re prioritising renewable energy contracts, rolling out smart metering, and improving the efficiency of temporary power setups. By lowering electricity demand and sourcing power from cleaner suppliers, we’re making tangible progress toward our decarbonisation goals and reinforcing our commitment to low-impact construction.

We are committed to building responsibly. Our approach to supply chain sustainability involves working closely with our manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors to reduce carbon emissions, minimise waste, and uphold the highest ethical standards.
We prioritise low-carbon materials, partner with SMEs to drive sustainable innovation, and actively raise performance standards on-site. By aligning procurement with our sustainability goals, we’re systematically reducing the environmental impact of our projects and helping to lead the transformation of the construction industry.
Our Supply Chain focus
Our focus has increasingly expanded to include ESG leadership – tackling modern slavery risks, managing and reporting on Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and collaborating with our supply chain to reduce embodied carbon in support of our 2045 Scope 3 goals.

Our Supply Chain Partner
We have amended our supplier sourcing and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process so we only accept Constructionline Gold or higher from our suppliers. To ensure high standards, we carefully select suppliers who share our focus on quality, safety, and excellence. By partnering with Constructionline, we’ve streamlined our supplier PQQ, ensuring compliance with key regulations and industry standards.
