Building the most inspiring workplaces

Office space

We focus on delivering smarter workplaces for our customers and the people who work in their buildings.

Our office construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects centre on sustainability. We align with national, regional, developer, and end-user objectives, meeting green standards such as BREEAM, NABERS, LEED, or WIRED.

With a breadth of commercial building experience, we deliver outstanding workspaces across the UK, whether it's a new build or complex remodelling in the urban environment.

Sustainable construction and building solutions
Modern businesses increasingly know the importance of incorporating wellbeing into office design – it’s the hallmark of a progressive and successful company. We’re committed to building these spaces with the end user in mind, ensuring that every detail, from layout to lighting, supports a healthy, productive, and engaging place for professionals.

Key elements of success

A large building under construction in the middle of a city.

We work with highly technical schemes. That includes ‘cut and carve’ projects, listed buildings, diverse and complicated existing services, multi-party walls, facade retention, and construction within live environments.

We have achieved several ROSPA safety awards for our work with clients such as The Portman Estate and The Cadogan Estate. We’re proud to have some of the lowest accident frequency rates in the industry.

Hotel building

The external facades of commercial offices are as critical as they are challenging. A unique facade will make your building stand out amongst the surrounding architecture, but it must also be sympathetic to the properties around it and comply with planning regulations.

We aim to achieve overall value. We understand the construction challenges associated with complex pre-cast concrete systems, highly specialised hand-set brickwork, and historical facades that are subject to strict planning rules.

With our experience in highly complex work, we’re one of a small number of UK contractors able to meet these demands.

We offer on-site liaison with extensive safety leadership and disturbance mitigation measures, employed 24/7 to manage the potential disruption to operational workplaces.

While we have low to no interaction with occupants through segregation, we are highly visible when it comes to safety. Our liaison teams work closely with logistics staff and traffic management. Each project features night-and-day security and marked points of contact for contractors, site staff, and building occupants.

Open ceilings are a contemporary design choice for many, as they add an urban vibe to a space. As such, we focus on the finish of exposed concrete, ductwork, electrical systems and plumbing.

This look requires an exceptional amount of skilled labour that goes beyond standard mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. Our teams understand what it takes to build these environments, along with the need for efficient thermal performance and an overall aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye.

We manage the end-user integration process, coordinating the installation of new equipment and furniture alongside existing items relocated from previous premises.

To achieve this transition, detailed planning begins 3-6 months before completion, working closely with end-users from handover to post-occupation.

For all hotel construction projects, we provide full visibility of how every aspect will impact on live business operations, maximising efficiencies and protecting the guest experience, reputation and revenue stream at all times.

Our works dovetail with the operation of a live hotel so that interaction between sub-contractors, hotel staff and guests is planned to avoid disruption and disturbance.

Room upgrades are carefully phased with week-by-week scheduling and an open channel of communication with hotel management. Our collaborative approach means we can free up the highest revenue producing areas as quickly as possible, always keeping the number of unavailable rooms to an absolute minumum.

Physical barriers and clear signage segregates work areas to promote guest and staff safety and all exit routes are kept clear.
