This will be the development of two single storey distribution warehouses with the associated mechanical and electrical installation works. The first Unit will be comprised of 70,000 sq ft of warehouse area, 3,500 sq ft of office space along and 6 loading docks. Followed by Unit 2 with 127,000 sq ft of warehouse area and 6,400 sq ft of office space along with an additional 12 loading docks.
The scheme will also deliver a BREEAM rating of 'Excellent', with an Energy Performance rating of 'A' and is due for completion in Q2 2023.
