Our London and South division has successfully delivered the Salvation Army new territorial headquarters, located in Demark Hill.

Delivered on behalf of the Salvation Army, the new 5,110sq. ft headquarters will now accommodate up to 450 of the Salvation Army’s employees and Officers allowing the consolidation of its administrative offices and training provisions across one location.

The open plan office space is designed to be flexible and support smart working, arranged around the full building height atrium, designed to frame the William Boot College tower through the east-facing windows. This is lined with spruce panelling and exposed concrete walls, with a roof light overhead.

Facilities include a series of multi-function rooms, recording studios, an editing suite and a café open to the public. With a landscaped terrace at the southern end, the site will provide a private space and retreat for staff to enjoy.
