12-24 Paul Street is a prestigious mixed use development comprising student accommodation and commercial space.

The Paul Street scheme is a student accommodation development comprising 458 bedrooms and communal areas, accommodated in two, ten storey blocks and a Cat A office development comprising of 47,000 sq ft.

The student accommodation element includes a mix of two bed apartments and studio rooms, totalling 458. The two bed units feature shared facilities such as the kitchen and living areas. The self-contained studio flats have a bedroom area, en-suite shower facilities, kitchenette and living area.

Other elements in the scheme included ancillary landlord’s accommodation, student common areas, basement plant rooms, cycle storage and a ground floor retail unit incorporating all services. The courtyards and roof terraces have hard and soft landscaping.

The development was fitted to an exceptionally high standard, with a high quality resident’s lounge, gym and quiet study rooms.

The project was built to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating with green roofs, cycle storage and landscaped courtyards.

Located in the Shoreditch area, the site is situated within five minutes’ walk of Old Street, Moorgate and Liverpool Street underground stations. Several universities, including London Metropolitan University, City University and Cass Business School, are within a five to ten minute walk.

Once operational, the scheme was acquired by Apache Capital.
